A comic dystopia of a world where genuine laughter has vanished. A strange laughter factory is required to produce and can a laughter-like product, a grim haw-haw. The story is about the genuine, free and unrestricted laughter a group of rebels escaping from the factory succeeds in smuggling past the surveillance out into the world – the beginning of the Revolution.
